Improver in powder form for the production of yeast raised bakery items
- Recommended usage rate: 0.5% on flour weight
- Using a lower dose than indicated will affect the volume and softness of the baked product.
Wheat flour - anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate (E170) - emulsifier: mono and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472e) - dextrose - antioxidant: ascorbic acid (E300) - enzymes*.
Store in a dry place (max. 25°C).
Close packaging tightly after each use.
