Ingredients

Wheat flour, bran, vegetable fats, salt, dry wheat gluten, dextrose, wheat starch, emulsifier: E 472e (mixed acetic and tartaric esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin), antioxi­dant: E300 (ascorbic acid), enzymes*

Store in a dry place (max. 25°C).
Close packaging tightly after each use.

Method

Mix well at 700-800 revs.
Dough temperature : 25 to 27°C.
Rest for 10 minutes after mixing.
Scale dough pieces.
Rest in pieces for 10 minutes.
Mould and give final proof for 50 to 60 min.
Bake for ± 40 min. at 240°C.
