Ingredients

Soya grits - oat flakes - wheat flakes - rye flour - sunflower seeds -barley semolina - refined vegetable fat - wheat gluten - salt - colouring agent: E150d - malt flour - dextrose - emulsifier: E472e - antioxidant: E300 - enzymes*


*contain wheat
Store in a dry place (max. 25°C).
Close packaging tightly after each use.

Method

Mix well 700-800 revs.
Dough temp. : 25 to 27°C.
Give a first rest in bulk of 10 min.
Divide and scale and give a second rest in pieces of 10 min.
Mould and give a final proof of 50 to 60 min.
Bake for ± 40 min at 240°C. according to the size of the loaf.
