Claims

(1) Rich in Omega-3: 100 g or three slices of Puravita Omega-3 bread supplies 75% of the daily recommended dose of Omega-3.
(2) A new vegetable source of Omega-3: Puravita Omega-3 owes its richness in Omega-3 to the clever combination of linseeds and a unique ingredient extracted from linseed oil , both rich in Omega-3.
(3) A well balanced Omega-6/Omega-3 ratio: We do not consume enough Omega-3, whereas we usually eat enough Omega-6 : this explains the imbalance in the ratio between these two types of essential fatty acids (Omega-6/Omega-3) in our food today. Thanks to its very low (0.4) Omega-6/Omega-3 ratio, Puravita Omega-3 helps to rebalance the diet.

Tegral Puravita Omega-3.....................................................1 kg
Water..........................................................................600 g
Yeast............................................................................30 g

Ingredients

Wheat flour - linseed - rye flour - iodized salt - soy grits - dried rye sourdough – refined linseed oil - dextrose - maltodextrin - emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate (E481) - antioxidant: ascorbic acid (E300).


Store in a dry place (max. 25°C).
Close packaging tightly after each use.

Method

Mixing (spiral) 5 minutes slow speed + 6 minutes high speed.
Dough temperature :+/- 26°C.
Bulk fermentation: 15 minutes. Scale : 480 g.
Intermediate proof :20 minutes.
Make up and press in the "Puravita Omega-3 Decor".
Proof in baking tins.
Final proof: 60 minutes. 28 °C .
Oven temperature: 230°C with initial steam.
Baking time: 35 minutes.
Open damper 5 minutes prior to end of baking time
