Tegral Biscuit..............................................................1 kg
Water......................................................................................100 g
Eggs (15)........................................................................................750 g

Ingredients

Sugar - wheat flour - wheat starch – starch - emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471) – polyglycerol esters (E475) – raising agent: sodium bicarbonate (E500ii) – sodium aluminiumphosphate (E541)

Method

Add flavouring and colouring agents to taste.
Mix Ingredients at speed 3 for 5 to 10 minutes.
Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
